Relaxation Technique's to get Your Mind off Moving

These are the technique's that work best for me. They may not work for everyone.

1. The Internet. This is a big one for me. I go on youtube, surf and bassically
do whatever. I find that I can block out everything whilst online.

2. Dancing. I am a dancer so I will practice my moves over and over again.
 dancing takes my mind to another universe.

3. Coffee. Kinda weird but you can't beat Pumpkin spice Latte's

4. Just Chatting. You can talk about whatever. Just not your move.

5. Scented products and Aromatherapy. Try relaxing scents like Lavender and
Rose

6. Experiment and find your own technique's
